Our commercial/industrial division is experienced in the appraisal of a variety of commercial and industrial properties both in the Pacific Northwest, and in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The information services that we utilize include: Multiple Listing Service, Metroscan Property Profile, Marshall and Swift Cost Services, records from various cities and counties, flood zoning, and personal interviews with realtors and builders. We also maintain a database for most of the condominium development in the Portland Metro Area.
